This document is created by Zegreenlab S.A. in order to protect the users of our platforms, clients, our staff and the company itself in case of any legal dispute or inconvenience, as well as to guarantee the best quality in our services.

Definitions

This agreement covers any service, platform or product (hereinafter “service” and “services”) under the Medical Cannabis News (hereinafter “MCN”) program. “We”, “us”, “our”, “our” and “the company” may be shown in this agreement in reference to Zegreenlab S.A. and Medical Cannabis News. “You”, “user”, “customer”, among other related terms, may be seen in this agreement in reference to the person or organization that is accepting this agreement and using our services.

Introduction

his agreement and all related or valid policies are MANDATORY if you wish to visit, use or interact with any of our services, as well, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or the minimum age to accept legal agreements, this based on local legislations.

Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, other form of business or commercial organization between the parties to this agreement. Each party shall ensure that the persons implied by this agreement do not represent otherwise, whether expressly, impliedly, by appearance or otherwise.

The company shall make no warranties of any kind about the services except those expressed directly in this agreement.

This agreement is valid and enforceable (including any changes that may be made to this agreement and related policies) for the period of time during which the user or customer has access to any of our services.

Any violation of this agreement or any related policy will void any warranty or privilege provided by the company. It may also initiate a process of termination of accounts or termination of the right to access our services.

ZEGREENLAB S.A. AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO BACK UP, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: SERVERS, PLATFORMS, SERVICES, DATABASES, WEBSITES OR ANY INFORMATION STORED UNDER OUR SERVICES. THEREFORE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.

THE PLATFORMS USED MAY ALLOW THE STORAGE OF SENSITIVE USER DATA, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: TELEPHONE NUMBER, IDENTIFICATION (ID CARD, PASSPORT, ETC.), CREDIT CARDS, PAYMENT INFORMATION, RESIDENCE ADDRESS, AMONG OTHERS, HOWEVER, IF THIS INFORMATION IS NOT MANDATORY, NOR HAS BEEN REQUESTED DIRECTLY BY THE COMPANY, YOU MAY STILL ENTER IT AT YOUR OWN RISK, SO ZEGREENLAB S.A. AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LEAKAGE, THEFT OR UNAUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION OF THIS INFORMATION.

General Terms and Conditions

When you register or purchase any of our services, you agree to provide true and accurate information. In the event that we find or receive reports that your information is false or invalid, we may contact you to resolve this issue, and if after 5 business days after our notification is sent, you have not corrected or verified the disputed information, we may close (including any services and access you may have) or suspend the account. The decision on the account (whether it is closed or suspended) is solely at our sole discretion and responsibility.

You are solely responsible for your content and actions. With this in mind, the company and its subsidiaries are not responsible for the content, actions or activities you perform on our services, as well, we will contribute to the justice and legal authorities of order, in case of any legal problem or process involving our services, regardless of whether it is in your favor or against you.

You agree to indemnify, hold the company harmless and pay all fees and expenses that we are forced to incur as a result of any claim, participation or involvement in any legal process.

However, the company is under no obligation to participate in any legal proceedings as your witness or evidence.

ALL OUR SERVICES ARE FOR LEGAL PURPOSES and any illegal activity, content or action may result in the termination of your account and the services you receive. In the event that these actions, content or activities lead to legal process, the company may disclose your stored/recorded information to the proper authorities.

It is not allowed on our services, including, but not limited to:

Zegreenlab S.A. may immediately remove any content posted by you if it deems it abusive or that should not be available on any of the Services.

Violation of any of the limitations in this section (Legal Responsibilities and Limitations) may result in account termination or suspension and removal of content.

Zegreenlab S.A. reserves the right to refuse service to you and anyone else, at our sole discretion. In addition, the company may deny service for life. This also includes denial of service for violation of any of our agreements and policies.

You may close or request closure of your account at any time. Likewise, the company may close your account at any time if you have violated any applicable agreement or policy.

None of the parties (Zegreenlab S. A, customers and users) shall be declared in breach of the agreements and obligations due to any event or cause beyond the control of the company, which includes, but is not limited to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, supplier failure, shortage, default, delay or any law, regulation of order, by direction, action or request of the government(s) with or claiming jurisdiction over the company, or any department, agency, commission, bureau or other state instrumentality; any other cause or circumstance, whether similar or dissimilar in nature to the foregoing, beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.

If the major event, such as those described above, exceeds the 30 (thirty) day period, Zegreenlab S.A. may terminate this agreement.

The company may use your information for marketing and development activities for services, platforms and projects. These marketing and development activities refer to the company’s own and not to third parties.

By registering for any of our platforms, services or projects, you agree and consent that the company may automatically add you to marketing lists, including but not limited to email lists. You may unsubscribe at any time you wish by using the links in the emails or by sending an email to [email protected].

The company reserves the right to revise and change any of the agreements and policies at any time, and they will be effective 24 (twenty-four) hours after the changes are made public. Regardless of any changes we make in the future to all of our applicable agreements and policies, you will remain in full force and effect of all applicable agreements and policies as long as you visit, use or interact with any of our services and platforms. By continuing to use the Services and Platforms after each revision or change to this Agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by any such revisions or changes made.

In the event of any changes made, we will change the “document date” of the changed agreement or policy.

You are responsible for any misuse of your accounts and services, including misuse by a friend, family member, visitor or employee. Accordingly, you must take all respective actions to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account. In addition, you must not use your account or service to pass any security breach onto another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, service, network or server.

Your password provides access to your account. It is your responsibility to keep it secure. You should take precautions to prevent use of your account by others, as all responsibility rests with you.

Attempting to gain access to other users’ passwords is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and lockout. In addition, it may result in legal action against you.

You agree to treat and address our staff in a respectful and cooperative manner. Any abuse or offense, in any form or language, to our staff may result in suspension or termination of your account or service. If you feel that a company operator is not treating you in a respectful manner, please save the operator’s name and report it to [email protected].
